Conversion & A/B Testing Specialist

Role Overview

As a Conversion & A/B Testing Specialist, you’ll design, run, and analyze A/B/MV/personalization experiments across web and mobile to lift conversion and engagement. You’ll implement tests and tracking via lightweight scripts (JavaScript, HTML, CSS), and translate results into clear, actionable recommendations. This is a remote role with close collaborating with product, design, and engineering experts. Availability during US Pacific Time (PT) hours is required. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, execute and analyze A/B, multivariate and personalization tests across channels and touchpoints to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers and developers to translate testing ideas into technical solutions and to ensure clean, modular implementation.
  • Write and maintain lightweight scripts (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) for tracking user behavior, triggering tests and automating repetitive marketing tasks.
  • Use tag-management systems to deploy tracking rules and manage data layers, troubleshoot issues and ensure accurate data collection.
  • Interpret test results using web analytics tools and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Maintain a testing roadmap and iterate quickly based on insights and KPIs.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience running A/B or multivariate tests and optimizing digital experiences.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies and the ability to write and debug simple scripts in JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
  • Familiarity with conversion-rate optimization best practices and digital marketing fundamentals (landing pages, user journeys, funnels).
  • Experience with any testing/personalization platforms, such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, AB Tasty, Google Optimize or Dynamic Yield, is a strong plus but not required, willingness to learn is essential.
  • Comfortable using analytics tools and basic statistical methods to interpret test results.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote environment, availability to collaborate with teammates during Pacific Time working hours is required.
